On November 30 2020, our Official Board passed a motion to set up a team to explore becoming an Affirming Church. We called the team the A-Team and seven individuals volunteered to join, including Rev. Barb Fullerton who was our pastor at that time. Rev. Jan McCormick has now taken her place. We are now at the point in the Affirming Process that requires a 75% yes vote from the congregation in order to become an Affirming Ministry. This vote will take place on Sunday June 2 2024 after the regular Sunday service. This is an extremely important event in the history of our church so we urge all members and adherents to attend.
