Christmas Day Service 2016
We will be celebrating theChristmas Day service with our friends at West Plains UC. The service will take place at West Plains beginning at 10.30am.

We consider ourselves a friendly church, open to all. We have head sets for the hearing impaired and an elevator for those needing the use of a wheelchair. We would very much like the opportunity to meet you and celebrate together in Christian Worship.
Official Board meets Monday December 12 at 7:00pm in the Campbell Room.
Advent 2 Hope. December 4. After the service there will be a conversation about African American Spirituals with members of West Plains UC. This conversation will take place at West Plains starting around noon.
Southern Ontario Lyric Opera, SOLO under the direction of our music director Sam Vacca, performed at East Plains UC on November 29. Featured soloists were Jessica Lane (Soprano), Cassandra Warner (Mezzo-soprano), Romulo Delgado (tenor) and Peter Bass (Baritone). A very enjoyable evening of opera. Thank you Sam.
Christmas Eve Service at East Plains begins at 7:00pm. This will be a children friendly service emphasizing music and carols. Holy Communion will also be served.
New Year's Day Service will be a joint service with West Plains UC beginning at 10.00am.
Christmas Day Community Dinner will again take place at East Plains UC beginning at 5:00pm. Volunteers from Holy Rosary, St. Luke's Anglican and East Plains will be serving a turkey dinner and offering gifts to guests.
Casseroles & Carols potluck dinner on Wednesday December 7, 6:00pm.
