Worship Services

Sunday Worship Service 10:00 AM
These services are designed to affirm, challenge and renew our Christian faith. We invite you to join us for our worship celebration, followed by a time of fellowship and refreshment.

A well supervised nursery and a lively and expanding Sunday School program are available for your children during the worship service.

Baptism is a first step in our lives of faith. For parents with a young child it is a time to include their child in the faith and family of God's care. Baptism serves as a time for them to acknowledge the gift of their child's life in their lives and the hope their child will grow to discover the love that God holds out for their child.

Baptism uses water as a symbolic cleansing that signifies the acceptance of new life within the church family. The sacrament of baptism is the single rite of initiation into the Christian community, the church.

For adults this step of faith is a time to acknowledge the place of God in their lives. The gift of Christ's love is one we are all invited to share and to be blessed by. The first step of faith is affirmed and shared by this act of baptism. For those interested in understanding this step in their lives - there are baptism and membership classes available. Please be in touch with the church or the minister if this step of faith is one that you desire to make.

Communion is a symbolic meal that is open to everyone. It is a reminder of Jesus' last supper with his followers and continues as a sign of God's enduring love.

Confirmation is offered for people who wish to join the United Church of Canada by confirmation.

Weddings are special days to celebrate and enjoy. We invite you to share your wedding plans with us. Our intimate Sanctuary seating up to 300, is perfect for weddings. The church is available for marriage ceremonies, and our minister conducts off site weddings should this be your preference.
